Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate and liaise with the sales team for customer quotation, Sales order entry, and delivery order.
  • Provide administrative support and customer services to maintain good client relationships.
  • Following up orders to meet clients' requirements.
  • Assist Sales team to make sales reports.
  • Help warehouse to maintain minimum stock level according to sales performances
  • Help to monitor accounts receivables.
  • Maintaining and manage of CRM system
  • Preparation of delivery Schedules
  • Coordinate Orders between sales and production Department
  • Coordinate movement of inventory
  • Filing and answering phone calls
  • As a Support to Sales Team
  • Work closely with Product development and Marketing Team
  • Other Ad Hoc Duties as assigned

Requirements:
  • 1 year experience in a similar position minimum
  • Respectability & Proactive
  • Fast learner and willing to learn
  • Very well organized and meticulous
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel
  • Able to work independently with a positive attitude
  • Fluent in English & Mandarin
  • possess at least a diploma
