Responsibilities:
Requirements:
- Coordinate and liaise with the sales team for customer quotation, Sales order entry, and delivery order.
- Provide administrative support and customer services to maintain good client relationships.
- Following up orders to meet clients' requirements.
- Assist Sales team to make sales reports.
- Help warehouse to maintain minimum stock level according to sales performances
- Help to monitor accounts receivables.
- Maintaining and manage of CRM system
- Preparation of delivery Schedules
- Coordinate Orders between sales and production Department
- Coordinate movement of inventory
- Filing and answering phone calls
- As a Support to Sales Team
- Work closely with Product development and Marketing Team
- Other Ad Hoc Duties as assigned
Requirements:
- 1 year experience in a similar position minimum
- Respectability & Proactive
- Fast learner and willing to learn
- Very well organized and meticulous
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel
- Able to work independently with a positive attitude
- Fluent in English & Mandarin
- possess at least a diploma
