• Industry/ Organization Type: Construction
• Position Title: Accounts Executive (AP)
• Working Location: Jurong
• Working Hours: 5 days (Mon to Fri 8.30am-6pm)
• Salary Package: Basic $3,500 + Variable Bonus
• Duration: Permanent

Key Responsibilities

• Handle the full accounts payable process, including invoice verification, data entry, and payment processing.
• Review invoices for accuracy and ensure proper approvals are obtained.
• Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner.
• Maintain up-to-date records of all payable transactions in SAP.
• Prepare payment runs and ensure payments are made according to company policy and deadlines.
• Support month-end closing activities by preparing reports and assisting with account reconciliations.
• Communicate with vendors and internal departments to address queries and ensure an effective workflow.
• Assist with audits and ensure compliance with company policies and relevant regulations.

• Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in accounts payable.
• Has good knowledge in SAP and Microsoft Office applications.
• Good attention to detail and good organizational skills.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
