We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented Retail Sales Assistant to become an integral part of our team. In this role, you will provide outstanding customer service, process transactions with accuracy and offer expert product knowledge to elevate the customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
• Deliver exceptional customer service and always ensure customer satisfaction.
• Accurately process sales transactions with attention to detail
• Maintain comprehensive product knowledge and provide personalized recommendations to customers.
• Assist with visual merchandising to create appealing store displays.
• Work collaboratively with team members to meet sales targets and achieve store goals.
• Use computer skills to manage sales data, inventory, and customer information.
Requirements
• Fluency in Mandarin (required)
• Minimum N'levels, O'levels, or NITEC certification in any discipline
• Basic drawing skills for client presentations
• Previous retail experience is preferred but not essential, as training will be provided.
• Flexibility to work weekends and public holidays.
• Basic computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)
