Key Responsibilities
- Support sales manager to obtain quotations for new and existing client's insurance policies
- Liaise with existing clients regarding administrative matters and/or clarifications regarding processing their insurance
- Handle usual administrative duties including data administration, answering of phone calls, attending to emails and phone messages promptly.
- Other administrative/operations duties as assigned by manager.
Key Requirements
- Have experience in support role or willingness to pick up relevant soft skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
- Proactive with strong desire to learn and ability to take initiative.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Meticulous with ability to handle highly confidential issues as well as communicate effectively with clients and colleagues.
