Key Responsibilities
  • Support sales manager to obtain quotations for new and existing client's insurance policies
  • Liaise with existing clients regarding administrative matters and/or clarifications regarding processing their insurance
  • Handle usual administrative duties including data administration, answering of phone calls, attending to emails and phone messages promptly.
  • Other administrative/operations duties as assigned by manager.


Key Requirements
  • Have experience in support role or willingness to pick up relevant soft skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
  • Proactive with strong desire to learn and ability to take initiative.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Meticulous with ability to handle highly confidential issues as well as communicate effectively with clients and colleagues.
