• Process customer purchase orders and ensure accurate documentation
• Provide prompt and effective customer service support
• Coordinate sample requests and collaborate with production to monitor order lead times, resolve daily issues, and ensure timely delivery
• Liaise with both suppliers and clients to manage order expectations and communication
• Prepare and manage quotations, tenders, purchase orders, delivery orders, and perform data entry
• Plan and schedule delivery timelines to meet customer and operational requirements
