  • Assist in project planning, defining scope, and maintaining project schedules.
  • Support Project Team (Manager & Engineer) on inventory control
  • Ensure proper documentation in accordance with ISO standards
  • Handle Permit clearances, upload Documents, document workers' attendance, and record site passes
  • Coordinate meeting sessions
  • Purchase materials for site usage
  • Track project progress and update reports
  • Coordinate delivery schedules with vendors
