Requirement
- Assist in project planning, defining scope, and maintaining project schedules.
- Support Project Team (Manager & Engineer) on inventory control
- Ensure proper documentation in accordance with ISO standards
- Handle Permit clearances, upload Documents, document workers' attendance, and record site passes
- Coordinate meeting sessions
- Purchase materials for site usage
- Track project progress and update reports
- Coordinate delivery schedules with vendors
Requirement
- Able to work on site
- Good communication skills
- Able to meet tight deadline
- Able to work under pressurized
- Able to work in a team as well as independently
