Key Responsibilities:

• Provide a warm and attentive experience to every customer.
• Prepare and serve coffee and specialty drinks to a high standard.
• Manage customer transactions accurately using the POS system.
• Keep the workspace clean, organized, and compliant with hygiene regulations.
• Assist in daily operations, including opening/closing duties and restocking.
• Monitor ingredient and supply levels; communicate replenishment needs.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient and smooth service.
• Other ad-hoc duties

Qualifications:

• Passionate about specialty coffee and hospitality.
• Minimum of 1 year of barista and cashiering experience.
• Able to multitask and stay focused in a fast-paced setting.
• Team player with strong attention to detail.
• Holds a valid food hygiene certificate.
