- Guided clients through the application process, ensuring all documentation and initial assessments met company and regulatory standards.
- Ensured adherence to relevant policies and regulations by working closely with the compliance team.
- Coordinated with internal departments to facilitate timely approvals and smooth disbursement of financial products.
- Built and maintained strong relationships with clients, addressing inquiries and providing ongoing support.
- Achieved monthly disbursement targets by proactively promoting financial products and generating referrals through client satisfaction.
- Collaborated with the collections team to address overdue accounts and participated in site visits when necessary.
- Maintained detailed and accurate records of client interactions, loan statuses, and compliance efforts to support operational transparency.
