Football Coaches Wanted!

FootballPlus is expanding, and we're seeking passionate individuals to join our coaching team. Whether you're an experienced licensed coach, considering a mid-career switch, or an enthusiastic young individual eager to grow your career, we have the perfect opportunity for you!

Positions Available:

Qualified Coaches (AFC 'C' or 'B' License)

• Lead coaching roles with responsibility for designing and delivering football sessions.
• Opportunity to lead academy or school teams and impactful community programs.

Mid-Career Switch Candidates

• Transition into a fulfilling new career in football coaching.
• Receive comprehensive training, mentorship, and support to obtain coaching qualifications.

Aspiring Young Coaches (Full-Time/Part-Time)

• Kickstart your coaching career with on-the-job training and professional development.
• Gain valuable hands-on experience working alongside experienced coaches.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and deliver engaging football coaching sessions for academy and/or school teams.
• Develop and manage impactful football programs, including transformative work with residents at a drug halfway house.
• Support the organization and execution of community projects and football-related events.
• Collaborate closely with the Technical Director to enhance player development and program quality.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• AFC 'C' license (or equivalent) and above, along with all relevant documentation (preferred for experienced roles).
• Mid-Career Switch Candidates and Aspiring Young Coaches (Full-Time/Part-Time) will undergo a training programme and work attachment, preparing them for relevant certification courses.
