General Administrative Support:
Job Requirements
- Handle daily operations (AR & AP)
- Liaise with the business unit for verification of the invoices and costs accruals
- Maintain proper filling & documentation
- Perform data entry of incoming invoices, matching of delivery order, and filing of documents
- Invoice processing, processing payments in compliance with policies on a daily and weekly basis, delivering high quality service.
General Administrative Support:
- Phone call management and handling office email
- Support various administrative tasks, such as photocopying, filing, data entry, inventory management, stock taking, rostering and reports preparation.
- Provide general support to visitors.
- Keep track of pest control, photo-copier servicing maintenance, etc
- Manage and maintain office supplies
- Assist with other ad-hoc operational duties as assigned.
Job Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience
- Detail-oriented and organized.
- Positive attitude, and willingness to learn
- Working hours: 9:00am - 6:00pm (Mon-Fri)
