Job Title: Shipping Assistant (ID4562)
Location: Gul Circle
Working Hour:Monday to Thursday: 8.45am to 5.45pm, Friday: 8.45am to 5.15pm
Salary: $2500-$3000

Job Description:
• Handling shipping documents - Export documentation
• Coordinate to ensure smooth delivery via shipment or transport
• Familiar with international trade terms such as CIF and FOB
• Prepare and manage full set of export documents (e.g. invoice, packing list, bill of lading)
• Experienced in handling Letter of Credit (LC) and preparing bank-compliant documents
• Liaise with internal and external customers for shipment planning
• Other administrative duties

Job Requirements:
• O Level above
• With good coordination skills
