The job scope is as follow:
- Chauffeur designated personnel to their respective destination safely
- Maintain the car assigned in good proper working condition. (e.g. routine inspection, scheduling checks and repair works of car, to ensure good working condition,to keep the car (interior and exterior) clean and tidy at all times.
- Conduct and carry himself professionally when performing duties as a personal driver to the superior and / or to visitors (company's guest)
- Assist to relieve minor administrative duties during the Receptionist's absence and minor general office maintenance.
- Responsible for dispatching and sending out company's out-going mail, documents and etc.
- Any other duties as and when assigned by superior from time to time.
