What You'll Do:

Drive Sales & Build Relationships

• Hunt for new business opportunities and convert leads into loyal clients.
• Pitch SEC's eco-certification and sustainability services with confidence and clarity.
• Own the sales process from prospecting to closing and post-sales support.
• Manage client communications, ensuring a smooth and satisfying experience.

Keep Operations Running Smoothly

• Process sales orders and maintain accurate documentation.
• Coordinate with vendors and internal teams to ensure timely delivery.
• Support key events like the Singapore Environmental Achievement Awards (SEAA) and Singapore Green Awards (SGA).

Deliver Top-Notch Customer Service

• Be the go-to person for client inquiries across our services.
• Track KPIs and suggest improvements to enhance client satisfaction.

What We're Looking For:

• Experience: 3-5 years in B2B/B2C sales, with a proven track record of acquiring new customers.
• Education: Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
• Skills:Strong communicator and persuasive presenter
  CRM-savvy and data-driven
  Great at building rapport and closing deals
  Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
