Sales Administrator

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Sales Administrator to join our growing team in the Audio Visual (AV) design & build industry. This role is essential to the smooth functioning of our sales operations. You will work closely with the sales team to assist in tender preparation, maintain and improve sales documentation, and coach team members on the effective use of sales templates and folders.
This is a great opportunity for someone who is organized, communicative, and passionate about supporting a high-performing team. Full training will be provided, so prior experience in the AV industry is not required-just a willingness to learn and grow with us.

Key Responsibilities:
- Tender & Proposal Support:
Assist in preparing, formatting, and compiling tender responses, proposals, and bid documentation according to client requirements and deadlines. - Sales Toolkit Management:
Maintain and update sales templates, proposal formats, and standard documents (e.g., capability statements, company profiles, case studies). - Sales Process Support:
Ensure documentation and folders are used consistently across the sales team
Coach sales team members on how to use templates and follow standard processes for proposals and documentation
Organize and maintain shared sales drive and folders for easy access and collaboration - Guide and support the sales team on using and managing sales documentation, templates, and shared folders to ensure consistency and professionalism.
- CRM & Document Management:
Update and maintain accurate records in the CRM system (e.g., client info, contact history, proposal tracking)
Generate internal reports and dashboards for sales pipeline visibility - Lead Management
Track and manage incoming sales leads from various sources (website, email, referrals, events)
Log, categorize, and assign leads in the CRM system and follow up with the sales team to ensure timely responses
Search for leads via various portals
Requirements:
- Min Diploma in any discipline; fresh graduates are welcome as training will be provided
- Experience in an administrative, sales support, or tender coordination role
- Excellent communication, organizational, and multitasking skills
- Strong attention to detail and document formatting
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) and digital collaboration tools (e.g., SharePoint, Google Drive)
- Ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environmen
