Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct green building certifications and sustainability audits.
• Auditing/analyzing energy usage, developing environmental-friendly and cost-effective technology solutions in Built Environment
• Recommending sound policies towards energy conservation and sustainability operations
• Managing customer relations
• Preparing audit report and presenting findings and solutions to Customers
• Any other ad-hoc works assignment by the management.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum a Degree in Environmental Engineering, Sustainability, Building Services or related field
• At least 2 years of relevant post-graduate work experience.
• Familiarity with green building certification frameworks such as Green Mark, LEED, BREEAM, or 3-star.
• Strong initiative, analytical thinking, and problem-solving abilities.
• Responsible team player with a pleasant personality; able to work independently and resourcefully.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with confidence in delivering presentations.
• Willingness to travel for short-term overseas assignments when required.
