- Permanent Position : Sales Engineer
- Salary : Attractive Remuneration + VB + Transport & Mobile Allowance + Commission
- Location : North
- Working Hours : Office, Monday to Friday
The role involves taking on lead generation responsibilities, which include conducting market research, developing solutions, prospecting, and expanding referral networks to identify potential clients.
Responsibilities:
- Generate Leads: Identify and reach out to potential customers. Set up meetings to introduce and explain products or solutions.
- Consultative Selling: Understand customer needs and suggest the right technical solutions. Recommend additional products when relevant.
- Client Relationship Management: Maintain strong relationships with existing clients through regular check-ins, updates, and support.
- Solution Co-Creation: Work closely with clients to develop customized engineering solutions using your technical knowledge.
- Sales Process Management: Handle the entire sales cycle-from finding leads to closing deals and offering post-sale support.
- Presentations & Proposals: Prepare and deliver tailored presentations and proposals that clearly show the technical and business value of the product.
- Market Awareness: Keep up with industry trends, competitors, and customer needs to stay competitive and offer relevant solutions.
- Quotations & Tenders: Prepare accurate cost estimates and proposals that meet both client expectations and company standards.
Requirements:
- Possess at least a Diploma in Engineering
- Minimum 3 years of experience in technical and/or engineering sales preferably in refineries/petrochemical plants/pharmaceutical plants or related industries.
- Possess own vehicle preferred.
