What You'll Do:
Source and engage candidates through job portals, cold outreach, and referrals
Partner with hiring clients to understand job requirements and provide tailored recruitment solutions
Drive recruitment sales by matching talent to job orders and closing placements
Hit and exceed performance KPIs and revenue targets through consistent follow-ups and pipeline management
Manage the full recruitment cycle - from sourcing to onboarding - while maintaining accurate candidate and client records
Log your activities in CRM and keep a pulse on your progress towards goals.
We are looking for:
Education: Local Polytechnic Diploma, equivalent or above
Skills: Excellent communication, persuasion, and relationship-building skills
Sales-Driven: Passionate about achieving targets and earning commissions
Proactive: Self-motivated, resilient, and thrives in a fast-paced environment
