Responsibilities

• Assist walk-in customers with:General inquiries
• Repairs (First-Level Check), Product viewing and introductions, Showroom sales
• Handle inbound and outbound calls.
• Maintain the showroom, including housekeeping tasks.
• Perform administrative duties related to the counter and showroom.
• Follow up on customers' and dealers' repair items.
• Support the Call Centre when needed.
• Collaborate with inter-department colleagues to ensure customer commitments are met.
