Job Responsibilities

  • Perform daily administrative and clerical duties, including:
    Preparing order labels, delivery orders, and invoices
    Filing documents and updating records
    Data entry and maintaining database accuracy
  • Respond to customer inquiries and assist in order-related matters
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth operations

Job Requirements

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, etc.)
  • Good communication skills
  • Able to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently
