ViVATA is seeking a talented Architectural Associate to join our dynamic team. If you thrive in design development, BIM implementation, and project coordination, this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop architectural designs, construction drawings, and BIM models (Revit preferred).

Prepare and manage authority submissions (BCA, URA, etc.) and compliance documentation.

Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure project efficiency.

Conduct site inspections and resolve on-ground challenges.

Ensure adherence to Singapore building codes and regulations.

Requirements:

✅ Degree/Diploma in Architecture or related field.

✅ Proven experience in BIM (Revit/AutoCAD), construction documentation, and submissions.

✅ Strong project management skills with keen attention to detail.

✅ Ability to problem-solve independently in fast-paced environments.
