Salary: $3,200 - $3,500 (commensurate with experience & skill level)
Working Hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Rest Days: 6 off days/month

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and bake traditional and modern Japanese pastries, cakes, and breads
• Ensure precision and consistency in taste, texture, and visual presentation
• Portion, measure, and handle ingredients with care and efficiency
• Maintain a clean, safe, and well-organized workstation
• Use baking equipment safely and responsibly
• Contribute ideas to product development and seasonal creations
• Perform final quality checks before service

• Relevant experience in pastry or baking (Japanese/French training is a plus)
• Familiarity with baking processes, food hygiene, and ingredient handling
• Meticulous attention to detail and high standards in presentation
• Steady hands and a creative eye for finishing touches
