Under the direction of the Manager, the incumbent's responsibilities and description include the following:
Key responsibilities:
• Handle all aspects of clients' Company Secretarial matters
• Customer due diligence (onboarding and on-going monitoring)
• Assist with incorporation of new companies, opening of Bank Accounts, etc.
• Prepare Resolutions, Minutes of Meeting for AGM/EGM, and Maintain Minute Books
• Preparing & filing of relevant forms with ACRA and e-stamping of transfer forms
• Ensure that statutory and regulatory requirements are met
• Maintaining records across 2 systems
• Assist with registration and maintenance of CorpPass access
• Perform any other secretarial duties and support other teams as and when assigned
Requirements:
• Part-time/full-time position
• Fresh graduate or students are welcome to apply
• CSIS/ ISCA members, Diploma in Legal studies from local Polytechnic, or Specialist Diploma in Corporate Secretarial Practice, or Degree in Company Management/Law
• Good computer skills, especially in Word and Excel
• Able to work independently in a fast paced environment and committed to details
• Positive work attitude, willing to learn and hardworking
• Good team player and able to communicate well in English and Chinese (to handle Chinese speaking clients, and to read documents in Chinese)
• Familiar with Artemis, Microsoft application will be an added advantage
• 5 days work week, Monday - Friday
• East (Tai Seng) working area
