Job Description & Requirements:

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Marine Project Coordinator to join our shipyard operations team.

Key Responsibilities:

• To support and execute marine engineering projects, ensuring timely delivery within scope and budget.
• Collaborate with the Project Manager to develop comprehensive project action plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and budgeting.
• Coordinate and monitor project schedules, progress, and risk management activities.
• Oversee on-site work progress and prepare periodic departmental progress reports.
• Manage project documentation and ensure records are accurate and up to date.
• Handle job-related queries, including repair and maintenance tasks.
• Assist in the preparation and submission of technical and engineering documents to clients, consultants, and vendors.
• Liaise effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure project requirements are met.
• Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards throughout project execution.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in project coordination, preferably in a marine or shipyard environment.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proficiency in project management tools and Microsoft Office applications.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under tight deadlines.
