Job Scopes:

• Manage administrative tasks for training programs, including scheduling, venue booking, and stakeholder communications.
• Coordinate attendance verification through QR code scanning and collect post-course feedback.
• Create courses and upload participant records in the training management system.
• Monitor training budget usage and compile summaries for reporting.
• Design and manage course registration, evaluation, and survey forms using FormSG.
• Provide support for both in-person and online training sessions.
• Maintain accurate and updated records for all learning activities.
• Support various ad-hoc administrative tasks and training-related projects as assigned.

Job Requirements:

• Diploma in any field.
• Minimum 5 years of administrative experience, ideally in healthcare or learning and development.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Meticulous, proactive, and organized in managing tasks.
