Job Duties:

• Assess medical and financial risks of applicants for life and health insurance policies
• Ensure the smooth and equitable distribution of cases to stakeholders, optimizing workloads for efficient case clearance.

• Collaborate with internal stakeholders/ external stakeholders
• Assist in projects
• Provide timely support and services to internal & external customers
• Support administrative duties assigned by team leads by ensuring the set service standard and quality checks are adhered to.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum 1-3 years of relevant experience
• Proficiency with computers, software, and databases
• Great time management, prioritization, and multitasking abilities
