Responsibilities
REQUIREMENTS
- Identify and engage with Project Management (PJM) agents and potential clients to generate new business opportunities under the project management platform.
- Collaborate closely with the Business Development team during the pitching phase.
- Attend client briefings, conduct site visits, and take accurate site measurements.
- Develop work schedules and monitor project costing during the proposal stage.
- Coordinate work progress and reporting with all relevant parties, including internal Construction and Commercial teams, throughout the construction phase.
- Ensure timely and cost-effective project execution, meeting quality standards and target profit margins.
- Oversee submission of plans to local authorities and coordinate inspections to initiate construction works.
- Recommend corrective actions and continuous improvements for non-conforming works or project deficiencies.
- Manage day-to-day project operations, liaising with architects, designers, consultants, contractors, suppliers, and M&E partners.
REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum 8 years of experience in the interior design or renovation industry.
- Diploma or Degree in Engineering, Building, Construction, Architecture, or a related field. (Candidates with architectural or interior works experience are highly preferred.)
- Strong understanding of end-to-end project management processes.
- Capable of working under pressure and managing tight deadlines with urgency.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; service-oriented mindset.
- Adaptable, resourceful, and responsive to dynamic project needs.
- Proven ability to collaborate effectively with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams.
