Role:

This is a full-time, onsite, Operation Support officer role in MOE Primary School. If you are selected, You will work closely with the Principal,Vice Principal, Operations Manager and/ Admin Manager, SPL, in MOE Primary School (nearest MRT- Kaki Bukit & Bedok North) in the day-to-day activities.

Responsibilities:

a. Carry out operational tasks such as maintaining facilities cleanliness, opening and closing school gates, and provide logistics support for school events and activities

b. Ensure that housekeeping, laboratory, workshop stores, and supplies are adequately stocked

c. Assist in monitoring the state of school facilities and equipment, identifying issues and items requiring servicing or repair, and aiding in coordinating with vendors or contractors for facility maintenance tasks

d. Assist the Operations Manager in maintaining school security and ensuring that safety equipment, as well as emergency and first-aid supplies, are in optimal condition.

Job Requirements:

a. Prior experience in cleaning, logistics or simple administrative duties would be an advantage

b. Ability to communicate effectively and work in teams

c. Have an acceptable level of fitness and resilience to be able to perform the role

effectively

Summary:

Contract Period: From 02 June 2025 - 01 June 2026

Working Hours:

• Mondays to Fridays: 6:15 am - 3:15 pm OR 10:00 am - 7:00 pm

• Service not required on Saturdays, Sundays and gazetted public holidays.
