Role Description

The Aladdin Client Experience team is seeking an initiative-taking professional to support our clients using our Aladdin platform (public & private markets). This client facing role focuses on APAC clients. If you are interested in building a career in FinTech and in improving clients' public market investment processes, while collaborating with sophisticated clients in a fast-paced environment, this role might be for you.

In this role, you will:

• Solve client inquiries and help our users, who are industry practitioners at some of the world's most respected investment institutions, run their businesses on Aladdin

• Use technology to solve problems - we will teach you the skills you need to succeed, such as maneuvering relational databases and parsing product logs

• Educate users, leverage service insights, and relay user experience feedback to improve the customer experience and our product

• Work in a regional team, with a local presence - you will get to work with teams across the world, while still engaging with a vibrant local team

• Be responsible for the comprehensive oversight and delivery of service, connecting multiple partner teams to deliver a cohesive client experience.

• Build strong relationships with clients' teams.

You have:

• 2-3+ years in the financial or technology industry; client or vendor facing role preferred

• Good academic background, majored in Financial Engineering, Econometrics, Statistics, Physics, Engineering, etc

• Strong interests in client facing, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment with high self-assurance, positive attitude, and drive

• Strong communication skills and ability to tailor approach to all corporate levels

• A consultative approach to understanding client needs and a passion for solving problems.

• Superior interpersonal, communication and presentation skills, conveying complex concepts simply and clearly to clients.

• Business fluent in English.

You may have:

• Direct portfolio / risk management, trading, compliance, or operations analyst experience

• Asset management / private banking working experience, and basic understanding of how portfolio managers' work looks like or at least strong interests to learn from practice.

• Proficiency in working with large sets of data.

• A solid understanding of SQL, UNIX, VBA, R, Python, PERL or similar tools, and/or Aladdin
