We are looking for a dynamic Telemarketing Executive to join our team, specializing in B2B outreach . In this role, you'll be promoting a comprehensive range of services, including SEO, SEM, Paid Social (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, WeChat), Content Creation, Website Development, and Government Grant Solutions. A proactive sales approach is essential, involving cold calling and other strategic methods to drive business growth.

• Monday to Friday 9am to 6pm
• Location: 1 Grange Rd, Level 7 Orchard Building, Singapore 239693
• Compensation : Basic Salary + Performance Incentives (gross salary up to $2800 - $3500)

Job Description

Prospecting and Cold Calling:

• Identify and reach out to potential clients through cold calling and other lead generation activities.
• Educate prospects on our range of services and solutions, highlighting their benefits and value propositions.

Appointment Setting:

• Work closely with internal marketing and sales teams to identify qualified leads and schedule appointments with potential clients.
• Ensure smooth coordination and timely appointments.

Market and Competitor Analysis:

• Stay updated on industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for business growth.

Job Requirements

• Proven experience in telemarketing, particularly in cold calling.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite.
