Rigging & Marine Services Pte Ltd, "RMS" was established in 1992, serving both the marine and O&G sectors. Presently, RMS has acquired a formidable amount of experience and skillset as well as an excellent reputation in the field of load testing and marine services. With a commitment to quality and a focus on delivering tailored solutions, we are looking for a passionate and responsible Sales Executive to join our dynamic team!

Candidates are expected to:

• Prepare written quotations based on information provided by the sales team.
• Process sales orders in the system.
• Liaise and coordinate internally with vendors, operations, logistics, and technical workshop departments for order fulfillment.
• Update inventory stock records to reflect current availability.
• File and manage sales-related documents, including quotations, order forms, and delivery notes.
• Update internal teams (sales and management) on order information and internal progress.
• Perform up to date tracking of current jobs in progress and proceed to prepare job completion reports upon completion of jobs.
• Perform general administrative tasks and any other ad-hoc duties assigned by management.

A successful candidate will possess:

• At least GCE "O"/"N" Level and above qualifications
• 2 years of sales-related experience in a marine industry
• Customer oriented
• Can-do attitude and a resilient spirit
• Willingness to put in individual effort to achieve a team-oriented outcome
• Ability to work independently with minimum supervision

Working Hours:

• Mondays to Fridays: 8.00am to 5:15pm
• Alternate-Saturdays: 8.00am to 12.00pm (work-from-home arrangement)
