Job Summary

We are seeking a proactive and persuasive Telemarketer to manage both phone and WhatsApp leads. You will be responsible for contacting potential customers, introducing our products/services, handling inquiries, and following up to secure appointments or conversions.

Key Responsibilities
- Contact and follow up with leads via phone and WhatsApp in a timely manner.

- Explain and promote products/services clearly and confidently.
- Answer questions, address concerns, and guide prospects toward booking an appointment.
- Convert warm leads into appointments for in-store or online consultations.
- Update CRM or tracking sheets with lead status and follow-up notes.
- Maintain daily call/WhatsApp activity logs and performance reports.
- Work closely with the sales or service team to ensure seamless handover.

Requirements
- Experience in telemarketing, customer service, or sales.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills (especially for WhatsApp messaging).
- Comfortable handling high volumes of conversations across multiple platforms.
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to follow up consistently without being pushy.
- Tech-savvy and able to manage basic CRM or messaging tools.
