Job Responsibilities:
Requirements:
- Assist with the preparation & processing of payroll, ensuring accuracy & compliance with company policies & local regulations.
- Maintain & update employee records, ensuring all documentation is accurate & up to date.
- Handle new hire paperwork, contracts & onboarding procedures for security personnel.
- Support the HR team in maintaining employee files, including disciplinary actions, performance reviews & other HR documents.
- Assist in employee benefits administration & respond to employee queries related to HR matters.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws & company policies regarding payroll & HR documentation.
- Provide general administrative support to the HR department.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a similar HR role, particularly in payroll processing & HR documentation, within a security company.
- Strong understanding of labor laws, payroll systems & HR best practices.
- Excellent organizational skills & attention to detail.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality & professionalism.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office & HR software (e.g., iRep & eHR).
- Strong communication skills & ability to work well within a team.
- A proactive & solutions-oriented approach to problem-solving.
