Job Responsibilities:
  • Assist with the preparation & processing of payroll, ensuring accuracy & compliance with company policies & local regulations.
  • Maintain & update employee records, ensuring all documentation is accurate & up to date.
  • Handle new hire paperwork, contracts & onboarding procedures for security personnel.
  • Support the HR team in maintaining employee files, including disciplinary actions, performance reviews & other HR documents.
  • Assist in employee benefits administration & respond to employee queries related to HR matters.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws & company policies regarding payroll & HR documentation.
  • Provide general administrative support to the HR department.

Requirements:
  • Proven experience in a similar HR role, particularly in payroll processing & HR documentation, within a security company.
  • Strong understanding of labor laws, payroll systems & HR best practices.
  • Excellent organizational skills & attention to detail.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality & professionalism.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office & HR software (e.g., iRep & eHR).
  • Strong communication skills & ability to work well within a team.
  • A proactive & solutions-oriented approach to problem-solving.
