We are looking for a meticulous and responsible Lease Management Officer to support day-to-day lease operations, focusing on arrears follow-up and tenant sales monitoring.

Contract Duration: 2 Months
Location: Paya Lebar
Salary: $2600

Key Responsibilities

• Follow up on arrears recovery and ensure timely payments.
• Monitor and track payment status.
• Track Point of Sale (POS) integration status for tenants.
• Monitor submission of monthly gross sales by tenants.
• Enter tenant sales data into the system for billing and reconciliation.
• Update lease data in the system accurately and on time.
• Track the status of lease documents and ensure records are in order.
• Assist with other lease administrative duties as assigned.

Job Requirements

• Prior administrative experience particularly in lease management experience is a bonus.
• Familiarity with systems such as SAP, Simplicity, or other lease admin modules is an advantage.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to work independently.
