ASSEMBLY WORKS PTE. LTD. is a corporate advisory firm that assists local and overseas clients in registering companies in Singapore, and provides accounting, annual return filing, tax filing, trademark registration and human resource consulting services.

Roles and responsibility:
  1. Provide administrative support to the corporate secretarial team, including preparation of documents
  2. To prepare board resolutions and minutes of meetings using templates
  3. Update and maintain registers and corporate secretarial records
  4. Perform e-filing with ACRA and e-stamping transactions with IRAS
  5. Conduct Client due diligence (CDD) procedures and record documentation
  6. Assist with providing administrative support to company top management
  7. Reach out to clients for statutory deadlines and reminders
  8. Respond to clients queries in a timely and professional manner
  9. Work with other departments to ensure that the clients requests and requirements are fulfiled


Requirements:
  • Ability to prioritize work and meet deadlines.
  • Able to work both in a team environment and independently.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills.
  • Organised, detailed and deadline oriented.
  • Be flexible and adaptable in working styles.
  • Prior experience in corporate secretarial work will be advantages but inexperienced candidates are welcome to apply.
  • On job training will be provided.
