What You'll Be Doing:

• Lead the Guest Experience
  Welcome and serve guests with a friendly and attentive attitude
  Recommend food and drinks confidently, upselling where appropriate
  Manage guest feedback calmly and effectively
• Daily Operations Support
  Keep the dining area clean, organised, and well-stocked
  Handle phone/email reservations professionally
  Assist with opening/closing procedures
