Working hours: 9am to 6pm (Mon to Fri)

Salary: Up to S$3,000

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage customer communications via phone and email, ensuring prompt responses
  • Accurately process sales orders and maintain timely documentation
  • Generate essential documents such as invoices, delivery orders, and proforma invoices
  • Coordinate shipment logistics, overseeing the distribution of local and international packages (DHL, FedEx, etc.)
  • Proactively inform customers of potential delivery delays or unexpected issues
  • Maintain and update sales performance data within the CRM system
  • Ensure proper stock and functionality of sales-related materials and office supplies
  • Organize, manage, and maintain both digital and physical filing systems
  • Verify supplier delivery notes against internal inventory records
  • Provide general administrative support as required

Requirements:
  • Diploma holder
  • At least 1 year of relevant experience in administrative or sales support roles
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and a proactive mindset
