Our client is one of Architectural Consultancy Firm, and they are looking for hire a Contact Executive to join their Team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support Project Architects in preparing tender documents, including evaluation criteria, specifications, and contract documentation.
  • Assist in the tender process, including evaluation and preparation of tender recommendation reports and final contract documents.
  • Review and assess front-end tender documents (e.g., Particular Conditions of Contract, Preliminaries, General Conditions) prepared by the Client's legal or QS teams, and provide recommendations to Project Architects.
  • Draft and support the issuance of contractual correspondence, such as letters, notices, instructions, directions, and certificates.
  • Assist in the evaluation of variation orders, extension of time (EOT) claims, and other contractual submissions from Contractors.
  • Prepare documentation for change requests and variation approvals in alignment with project protocols.
  • Maintain thorough and accurate project documentation to support claims management and compliance.
  • Liaise with Clients, Consultants, and Contractors to resolve contractual matters and ensure alignment across all project stakeholders.
  • Attend project and contract-related meetings as required.

Job Requirements:
  • Interest in building a career in contract administration within the architecture or construction industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across teams and with external stakeholders.
  • Detail-oriented, highly organized, and able to manage multiple tasks within tight deadlines.
  • Proactive and adaptable, with a positive attitude towards learning and solving complex problems.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.

  • Location: Central
  • Working hours: 5 Days
  • Salary: up to S$5,000 and Bonus (Salary will commensurate according to experience & qualifications)
