We are hiring an Service Crew (F&B) for our prestigious client, a well-established and renowned F&B brand known for delivering exceptional dining experiences. Reporting To: Outlet Manager

Work Location: Outlets across Singapore

Work Hours: 44 hours - 5 days' work week

Overall Description:
As a Service Crew member, you will be responsible for a range of duties, including POS/cashier operations, beverage-bar or kitchen duties, and providing exceptional service to customers. You will be working with a prestigious company renowned for its high standards.

Duties:

1. Operate kitchen and bar stations in line with the company's Standard Operating Procedures (SOP).

2. Manage counter operations according to SOP, handling cashier duties, and actively promoting the outlet's specialties and promotional items to customers.

3. Ensure proper use and cleanliness of all tools and equipment, adhering to safety regulations.

4. Maintain good housekeeping practices, ensuring cleanliness and tidiness of the premises, including bathrooms (if applicable), and clearing trash from bins.

5. Comply with NEA regulations regarding personal hygiene, food safety, and cleanliness.

6. Ensure the proper handling, storage, and quality maintenance of all food and beverage items.

7. Assist in managing inventory as required.

8. Perform any other ad-hoc tasks as directed by the superior.
