Job Responsibilities:
Job Requirements:
- Responsible for managing and reconciling the company's daily cash and bank deposits, ensuring accurate and error-free accounting records.
- Handle daily collections and payments, and report the company's cash position to relevant departments in a timely manner.
- Review employee expense reimbursement claims to ensure compliance with company policies and financial regulations, and process corresponding payments.
- Prepare daily cash and bank balance reports to ensure the safety and liquidity of funds.
- Assist the finance department in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports by providing accurate cash flow data.
- Manage and safeguard financial documents such as cash, checks, and vouchers to ensure their completeness and security.
- Monitor fund inflows and outflows, and handle daily bank account transactions, including bank reconciliations.
- Assist the Finance Manager in tasks related to tax and audit matters.
- Perform other finance-related tasks assigned by superiors.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or above, majoring in Finance, Accounting, or other related disciplines.
- More than 3 years of experience as a cashier. Preference will be given to candidates with corporate finance or bank settlement experience.
- Proficient in using office software and financial systems.
- Detail-oriented, rigorous, with a strong sense of responsibility and confidentiality.
- Strong communication skills; able to maintain effective coordination with different departments.
- Team player with the ability to work under pressure.
- Fluent in English, with strong listening, speaking, reading, and writing abilities. Able to use English as a working language.
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office software.
