Role and Responsibilities

• Supervise daily jobs and coordinate with all workers, clients.
• Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to quality standards
• Able to plan and develop work schedules
• Assign tasks to workers and closely monitoring
• Solve disputes between other contractors, client and explain to workers to reslove the confusions
• Report project progress to management
• Ensure projects are adequately staffed

Requirements and skills

• Proven experience as construction as a foreman
• In-depth knowledge of construction procedures, equipment and WSH guidelines
• Understanding architectural works and M&E Installation works
• Ability to read drawings, plans and execution of works
• Excellent organizational and leadership skills
• Ability to communicate and report effectively to management
• Problem-solving abilities
• Good physical condition and stamina
