• Position: Property Agent
• Location: Somerset
• Working Hours: Monday to Saturday (9am - 5.30pm)
• Salary: Full commission based

Main Responsibilities:

• Acting as an intermediary between tenants and landlord, ensuring their interests are protected
• Advising tenants on market trends, pricing, and legal aspects of real estate transactions
• Arranging and accompanying tenants to view properties they are interested in
• Helping tenants negotiate offers, counteroffers, and contract terms
• Preparing and submitting necessary documents for the transaction
• Developing a network of tenants and referral partners
• Assist in arranging for repair works, etc during the tenancy period

Requirements:

• Bilingual in both English and Mandarin to converse with Mandarin speaking clients
• Requires an active real estate license
• Possess Class 3 driving license
