- Working days & hours: Mon - Fri (8:15am-5:15pm)
- Salary: $2,500 - $3,500
- Location: Chai Chee Ln, Singapore (transport pick up from Bedok MRT)
Responsibilities :
- To support online computer vision test/offline vision test.
- Support Vision Engineers in validating the samples and daily needs on vision system development.
- To assemble and integrate bowl feeders, lighting stations, cameras and lenses to the machine.
- To qualify automated machines and test run the systems.
- To assist in conducting method studies and configuration experiment.
- To test run, analyze escapee/overkill samples.
- Able to do simple AOI tooling.
- Explore ways and means to improve the production efficiency and effectiveness.
- Carry out the designing and installation of self-built fixture onto the machine and commissioning it prior to production buy-off.
- Involve in the planning and executing the automation work as part of an effort to improve machine performance.
Requirements :
- Higher NITEC or Diploma in Electrical/Mechanical Electronics or equivalent.
- At least 1 year of relevant experience preferably in the manufacturing industry.
