As an Admin cum Accounts Executive, you will handle administrative tasks and assist in managing accounts. This hybrid role requires someone who is proactive, skilled in multitasking, and has a strong understanding of basic accounting principles.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage daily administrative tasks, including scheduling, data entry, and filing.
  • Assist with billing, invoicing, and other accounting duties.
  • Maintain clients and vendors records with accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Prepare and process financial documents as needed.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to support client requirements.
  • Assist with HR duties such as onboarding new employees.
  • Handle office management tasks, including supplies and maintenance.

Qualifications

  • Education: Diploma in Business, Accounting, or related field.
  • Experience: At least 2 years in an administrative or accounting role.
  • Skills:Strong organizational and communication skills.
    Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word) and accounting software.
    Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
    High integrity and confidentiality in handling financial data.
