Key Responsibilities:
Lead Engagement & Conversion:
- Contact new leads within 1 to 2 hours of assignment
- Use approved scripts and frameworks to qualify, present and close deals
- Follow the lead journey consistently using CRM tools
Follow Up Management:
- Execute follow up schedule for all hot, warm and cold leads
- Keep detailed notes in CRM to ensure continuity
- Proactively chase down pending deals and maintain lead momentum
Product Knowledge & Presentation:
- Understand and articulate the features, benefits and competitive advantages of products
- Adapt pitch based on customer's needs and persona
Customer Service Standards
- Provide accurate information, set proper expectations and ensure smooth handover post-sale
- Build trust and rapport to encourage repeat business or referrals
Reporting & Communication
- Update daily activity in CRM
- Report blockers or objections to Team Lead promptly for coaching
- Attend team meetings, training sessions and reviews

- Tech-Savvy with platforms such as Google Workspace, Slack, WhatsApp, email, etc.
