Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Food & Beverage Supervisor to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our food and beverage outlets. This role involves managing staff, maintaining high standards of service, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate the daily operations of food and beverage outlets.
• Monitor staff performance and provide training and support as needed.
• Ensure high standards of food quality, presentation, and service.
• Manage inventory, order supplies, and maintain stock levels.
• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback promptly and professionally.
• Oversee the implementation of health and safety regulations.
• Conduct regular inspections of the dining area to ensure cleanliness and proper setup.
• Collaborate with the kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth service.
• Assist in the development and execution of marketing and promotional activities.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Food & Beverage Supervisor or similar role.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Knowledge of food and beverage operations and health and safety regulations.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle pressure.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Diploma or degree in Hospitality Management or related field.
• Previous experience in a high-end or luxury establishment.
• Minimum 2 years experience in F&B.
