Responsibilities:
Requirements
- Create and update BIM models based on Tender drawings and corrigendum in accord to Kimly BIM standard
- Create Still images rendering for the presentation
- Create 4D sequencing based on Engineer's master program.
- Extract quantity from BIM for Tender QS/Engineer as a reference
- Create and update BIM models based on Contract drawings and corrigendum.
- Preparation of models for coordination and Shopdrawing submission in accordance to the BIM schedule
- Prepare BIM models to communicate and visualisation aids
- Ensure the integrity/quality of the models
Requirements
- ITE/Diploma/Degree in Architecture,Structure,Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
- At least 1-2 years of BIM experience
- Able tounderstand Tender/Contract drawing
- Well-versed in building regulations and local design codes
- Strong communication and good interpersonal skill
- Working knowledge of AutoCAD and Autodesk Revit
