Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and ensuring their satisfaction with our products and services.
• Collect and analyze customer feedback to identify areas for improvement in products and services.
• Collaborate with the sales team to identify additional sales opportunities through service excellence.
• Capable of handling repetitive duties efficiently; possesses excellent communication and organizational abilities, meticulous attention to detail, and a collaborative, upbeat approach to work

Requirements

• At least Diploma or Degree preferably in Mechanical / Controls
• Ideally with 2 - 4 years of Build Environment Industry
• Able to work independently in a challenging and demanding environment
• Communicate effectively, Customer orientation, Flexibility and self learning
• Good Negotiation skills, Professional attitude, Teamwork
• Energetic, sales-driven and good interpersonal skills
• Proficient in MS Office; Excel and Powerpoint
• Good to have; Knowledge of ACMV/BMS in Building Sector
• Good to have but not a must; Possession of a class 3 driving license with own vehicle
