We are hiring a BMS Programming Manager to lead and manage the programming aspects of Building Management System (BMS) and HVAC control projects. This is a site-based role focused on programming and system implementation - no installation works involved.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead a team of engineers in supporting BMS/HVAC control projects from system validation to implementation.
• Manage programming of control devices and development of system graphics based on project specifications.
• Support test and commissioning processes and provide guidance on operational procedures and documentation.
• Ensure proper versioning and backup of project software and database files.
• Continuously improve team performance and technical capabilities.

Job Requirements:

• Degree in Engineering, Building Controls, or related field with at least 5 years of relevant experience.
• Strong knowledge of BMS/HVAC/chiller plant systems, and familiarity with protocols such as BACnet, Modbus, or LONTalk.
• Hands-on expertise in programming languages such as Function Block, Structured Language, or HTML5 is an added advantage.
