Clinic Assistant

Roles & Responsibilities
- Responsible for clinical front desk, administration & operational duties at assigned clinic(s)
- Assist Doctor / Physical Therapist in patient flow
- Schedule planning & bookings; responding to enquiries on telephone / whatsapp msg
- Educating potential patients on our services and packages
- Maintain and update client database & documentation
- Management of invoice, payments & daily sales report
- Participate in corporate events and/or in-clinic activities (if required)
- Ad-hoc duties (related to work) assigned by the management
Requirements:
- Possess good interpersonal & communication skills, with a positive disposition
- Passionate about customer service
- High energy, independent, dynamic and self-motivated
- Interest in health and wellness care
- Meticulous and systematic with administrative procedures
- Responsible, dependable, trustworthy and punctual
- Willingness to learn, takes initiative at work and with customer engagement - relationship building
- Previous experience in retail sales, customer service or working in clinics is an advantage
- Rehab / Massage therapy skills or knowledge will be bonus
Credentials:
- Possess at least a NiTEC / GCE N Level / GCE O Level / Diploma
- Preferably bilingual in English and mother tongue (Eg. Chinese / Malay / Tamil);
- Basic IT skills
- Singaporeans - PR preferably. Locally based work permit candidates can be considered.
