Responsibilities:

1. Coordinate and manage workmen/sub-contractors for execution
2. Attend site/client coordination and safety meetings
3. Provide simple progress updates
4. Write basic emails for internal and external coordination

Salary:

• Up to $3000 + PB

Requirements:

• Job is more site-based, with flexible work arrangements after probation
• Preferably holds a Class 3 or 2B licence
• Should be able to communicate in Mandarin to liaise with native Mandarin-speaking clients
• BCA-recognised Diploma or Degree is a plus - but Secondary/ITE candidates with good email-writing skills are also welcome
